
Sales Campaigns
As a Marketing and Sales Assistant at Odyssian Sales, I contributed to several high-impact fundraising campaigns aimed at securing funding for various organizations. My role involved building brand awareness, fostering customer relationships, and supporting the strategic goals of the campaigns. Through targeted marketing efforts, I helped drive engagement and generate essential funds to support organizational initiatives.
My Role
I was responsible for delivering presentations on our client’s portfolio, services, and products, fostering strong B2C and B2B relationships. Throughout this role, I gained a solid understanding of lending products and processes.
As a brand ambassador, I organized and attended various training sessions and seminars to represent the company and enhance team expertise.
I effectively managed the CRM system to track campaign progress, monitor weekly sales reports, plan routes, and oversee team activities. This data-driven approach enabled us to set clear objectives, refine strategies, and ensure timely execution of the campaign.
Additionally, I played a key role in managing and participating in events aimed at boosting performance and building brand awareness. I contributed to the development of advertising, marketing, fundraising, and event materials to further support these efforts.
The Campaigns
To maximize the effectiveness of the campaign, our teams were divided into territories across London, with each group responsible for executing specific strategies. Clear goals were set to measure the campaign's overall success, allowing for real-time adjustments as needed.
We developed detailed profiles based on the age, occupations, and interests of potential clients, ensuring targeted outreach and more efficient ad placements.
Each morning, communication training sessions were held in the office, enhancing our team’s ability to deliver clear, impactful messages, which improved the quality of interactions and contributed to the campaign’s success.
Outcomes
As a member of the team, we achieved outstanding results, emerging as the sales and conversions leader. During the first month of the campaign, we broke sales records and secured over 2,000 subscriptions. This experience honed my communication skills, time management, and multitasking abilities, while also strengthening my presentation skills and capacity to collaborate effectively within a diverse team.
Additionally, this project allowed me to act as a self-starter, independently building relationships in the field, proactively identifying new opportunities, and refining my creativity and negotiation skills in sales.
